2. Seller Registration

  • Eligibility: To become a seller, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid business license (if applicable).
  • Account Setup: Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any changes to this information must be promptly updated.

3. Product Listings

  • Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Prohibited Items: Certain items are prohibited on Bhaga, including illegal products, counterfeit goods, and items that violate intellectual property rights.
  • Images: All images used in product listings must be original or authorized for use. Misleading or inappropriate images are not permitted.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: Sellers are free to set their own prices but must comply with local pricing regulations. Prices must include all applicable taxes.
  • Payments: Bhaga will process payments on behalf of sellers. Payments will be disbursed to the seller's account within 7 days after the successful delivery of the order.
  • Fees: Bhaga charges a commission of 2% on each sale. This fee will be automatically deducted from the seller’s payment.

5. Order Fulfilment

  • Shipping: Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping products in a timely manner. Sellers must use reliable shipping methods and provide tracking information.
  • Delivery Time: Sellers must adhere to the delivery times specified in their product listings. Delays must be communicated to the buyer promptly.
  • Returns and Refunds: Sellers must have a clear return and refund policy. Bhaga may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers if necessary.

6. Seller Conduct

  • Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consumer rights and product safety.
  • Customer Service: Sellers are expected to respond to buyer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Sellers may not engage in fraudulent activities, such as inflating reviews, misrepresenting products, or engaging in any form of deception.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Suspension: Bhaga reserves the right to suspend a seller’s account for violations of this policy or any other platform rules.
  • Termination: Repeated violations or severe misconduct may result in permanent termination of the seller’s account.
  • Appeal Process: Sellers may appeal suspensions or terminations by contacting Bhaga’s support team within 7 days of the notice.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Sellers must own or have the legal right to sell any products listed on Bhaga.
  • Infringement: Sellers are prohibited from listing products that infringe on intellectual property rights. Bhaga will remove any infringing listings and may take further action against repeat offenders.

9. Data Privacy

  • Confidentiality: Sellers must protect the confidentiality of buyer information. Sellers may not use buyer information for any purpose other than fulfilling orders.
  • Data Security: Sellers must take appropriate measures to secure any personal data they handle in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Modifications to Policy

Bhaga reserves the right to modify this Seller Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes and are required to review and accept the revised policy to continue selling on the platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of this policy will be resolved through arbitration in Location, in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Body.
